Training is our way of safeguarding our long-term success in the marketplace.
Hemelter Mühle is the first company in Germany to combine dual studies in industrial engineering with an apprenticeship as a miller. This pilot project is supported by the Verband Deutscher Mühlen, the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and the Müllerschule Stuttgart. Hemelter Mühle is also a 2nd year sponsor of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences for the German Scholarship and has four training ambassadors.
In cooperation with our partners, we attend regional training fairs to spark interest in the milling profession. Candidates are always welcome to get to know our company and the various apprenticeship professions by way of an internship.
